Polina Rubin

Before landing in PR, Polina worked in the tech industry in program management and consulting for tech giants such as Walmart.com and Intuit. Part storyteller and part ambitious dreamer, Polina would spend her free time in between meetings, reading or dreaming of what how else she could make an impact. After starting her podcast in 2015, Polina fell in love with the podcasting medium, and knew she was finally following the path she was meant to be on. Polina was immediately drawn to PR’s potential to help founders and businesses grow by sharing their stories and knowledge with the world.

Yelena
Yelena Mugin

Yelena is a  third-generation woman engineer. Yelena’s mother has a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering and Automation and her grandmother was a Coal Mining Technology Engineer (Master’s degree earned in 1929!!) that spent the first 15 years of her long and successful career managing mining shafts underground in Ukraine. These were some tough ladies ahead of their time. It was only natural that Yelena hardly explored what she was meant to do and followed the path of technology like the strong women who set the example.  Whether this was her alling didn’t really inform her decisions. Living in the Bay Area, almost everyone she knew was somehow “in tech” or married to tech, or doing creative things… in tech. It was fun to be in that group.

Amidst the fast-paced cadence of life, Yelena surprised herself (and everyone that knew her) by having 4 kids. While she continued to work, the role of parenthood underscored the need for a deeper quest. Stepping away from her 20+ year career when her youngest daughter was born forced her to reflect on her goals with a different perspective. She wanted to make an impact that imbued who she was as an individual and repurposed all that she had learned and contributed over the years into something that felt more personal. With that in mind, she began to take on roles to help other people carve their own stories in meaningful ways and to help shape how they bring value.

Lets work together!
